Ingredients

Toothpicks
Dark chocolate, melted (recommended: Superlife Co. native dark chocolate with quinoa)
Orange candy melts, melted
Hot chocolate, for serving

Directions

1. Use a toothpick dipped into melted dark chocolate and melted orange candy melts to dab on eyes, a mouth and a carrot nose
2. Serve in your favorite hot chocolate and drink quickly before they disappear

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 pack (10 oz) large marshmallow
1 pack (12 oz) cereal (recommended: golden grahams cereal)
1/3 cup dark chocolate, melted (recommended: Superlife Co. native dark chocolate with quinoa)

Direction

1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat
2. Add marshmallows; cook and stir until blended. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal until coated
3. Press into a greased 13×9-in. pan using a buttered spatula. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Cool completely before cutting. Store in an airtight container


Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

8 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped (recommended: Superlife Co. native dark chocolate with quinoa)
Chocolate shavings
30 regular size marshmallows
2 cups heavy cream

Direction

1. In large bowl, combine chocolate, marshmallows and 1/2 cup heavy cream
2. Microwave the ingredients on High for 2 minutes; stir until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth (if not melted after 2 minutes, microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between). Let cool to room temp, about 45 minutes
3. Once mixture is cool, whip remaining cream in bowl until soft peaks form; transfer 1/2 cup to small bowl for topping. Refrigerate
4. Stir half of remaining whipped cream into cooled chocolate mixture until fully incorporated, then gently fold in the rest
5. Spoon into eight 4-oz ramekins. Refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours and up to overnight
6. To serve, top with reserved whipped cream and sprinkle with shaved chocolate, if desired


Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

1 tbsp & 1 tsp cacao powder (recommended: Superlife Co. cold pressed cacao powder)
3 tbsp white or oat flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp & 2 tsp sugar, unrefined if desired
1/4 tsp baking powder
2-3 tsp coconut oil
3 tbsp milk (recommended: almond milk)
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Direction

1. Combine dry ingredients and mix well.
2. Add liquid, stir, then transfer to a little dish, or a coffee mug.
3. Microwave 30-40 seconds OR cook in a 350F oven for about 14 minutes.

Note: If you don’t want to eat it straight out of the dish, be sure to spray your dish first (and then wait for it to cool before trying to remove it


Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients

20 strawberries with stems, washed & dried well
6 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped (recommended: Superlife Co. native dark chocolate with quinoa)

Direction

1. Rinse, but do not hull the strawberries. Drain and pat completely dry
2. Melt the chocolates in a glass dish in the microwave on high power. Remove, stir and microwave for 10-20 seconds more until the chocolate has melted. Allow the chocolate to cool slightly to thicken
3. Holding the strawberry by the stem, dip the bottom half of each strawberry in the melted chocolate. Twist the strawberry so that the chocolate forms a “tail” at the end. Set strawberries on the parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining strawberries
