To prepare yourself for it, why not do a little detox before the festive season begins. It’ll help you to indulge without feeling too guilty afterwards because you have already physically and mentally prepped yourself for all of the high-calorie overeating. Give this easy 7 Day Detox Plan a try!
The idea of this quinoa meal plan is for you to eat healthy, balanced meals without the hassle of cooking for hours and doing tons of washing up afterwards. All the cooking is done in one pot using 3 simple ingredients. We want your healthy living to be so convenient that you will actually stick to the plan for a long, long time to come.
How to Cook the Meals?
1. Add contents of Asian Quinoa Pack, recommended Vegetables and Protein into a rice cooker.
2. Add 220ml of water into the same rice cooker.
Optionally, you can add 1tbsp of your favourite oil for taste.
E.g. Coconut oil or Sesame oil.
3. Set rice cooker to cook and let it cook away!
*Cooking time is approximately 20-25 minutes.
