Complex Carbs AKA Good Carbs

On the other hand, complex carbs like quinoa, legumes, whole grains are fibrous and starchy which means they are broken down slowly and releases glucose slowly into the bloodstream.

In other words, they keep your blood sugar levels stable and you won’t feel hungry so quickly. Most dieticians suggest including complex carbs into your weight loss meal plan, since it helps you lose weight and most importantly, keep it off.
