Super Recipe – Cacao-Banana-Chia Smoothie Recipe for Post-Workouts
- blend together 1 cup water
- ½ cup skim milk
- one and a half frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp organic maple syrup
- 30 grams cacao
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
