Detox with warm quinoa salad with pomegranate and beet!
1) Cook 80g of Superlife Co‘s organic certified saponin free white quinoa with 1/2 teaspoon of salt pink in a rice cooker
2) Cut 1 pomegranate into dices
3) Cut one beet into dices
4) Mix the cooked quinoa with the promegranate and beet with salad vegetables of your choice
5) Drizzle with olive oil and basalmic vinegar and a dash of pepper
