FLASHBACK to Chef Ivan Yeo – Superchef Charity Challenge 2016

 

It’s been a month now since Superlife Co.’s 2nd Anniversary Party in the form of Superchef Charity Challenge 2016. In our belief that there’s no greater gift than the gift of giving back, we decided to throw a fun charity fundraiser on our birthday to celebrate our company. 4 professional chefs volunteered to take part in our event, a friendly cooking competition where the main challenge is to recreate a local dish using Superlife Co.’s White Quinoa.

  Chef Ivan Yeo, 1925 Restaurant & Microbrewery One of the chefs we were lucky to have in our event is Chef Ivan Yeo from 1925 Restaurant and Microbrewery. He specialises in breathing new life to traditional Teochew dishes, turning old dishes  into creative and modern ones, hence challenging our perception on the preservation of heritage and culture through cuisine.
