FLASHBACK to Chef Kelvin Lim – Superchef Charity Challenge 2016

  It’s been a month now since Superlife Co.’s 2nd Anniversary Party in the form of Superchef Charity Challenge 2016. In our belief that there’s no greater gift than the gift of giving back, we decided to throw a fun charity fundraiser on our birthday to celebrate our company. 4 professional chefs volunteered to take part in our event, a friendly cooking competition where the main challenge is to recreate a local dish using Superlife Co.’s White Quinoa.

  Chef Kelvin Lim, Hotel Jen Orchardgateway Singapore One of the chefs we were lucky to have in our event is Chef Kelvin Lim from Hotel Jen Orchardgateway Singapore. Chef Kelvin likes to cook fusion food with a minimalistic, clean presentation. He was inspired to start his career as a chef after seeing his grandmother/mother cook as he grew up.
