FLASHBACK to Chef Wu Ye Wen – Superchef Charity Challenge 2016
It’s been a month now since Superlife Co.’s 2nd Anniversary Party in the form of Superchef Charity Challenge 2016. In our belief that there’s no greater gift than the gift of giving back, we decided to throw a fun charity fundraiser on our birthday to celebrate our company. 4 professional chefs volunteered to take part in our event, a friendly cooking competition where the main challenge is to recreate a local dish using Superlife Co.’s White Quinoa.Chef Wu Ye Wen, Joie by Dozo One of the chefs we were lucky to have in our event is Chef Wu Ye Wen from Joie by Dozo. Chef Wu works in a Vegetarian fine-dining restaurant, and recently turned vegetarian himself. He feels as though eating vegetarian has transformed his health for the better and encourages others to give it a try! With this in mind, he transformed local fish cakes into a vegetarian quinoa cake version. Watch the video below to learn more about his story!
