A Look Back at our Quinoa & Zumba Affair

Hey Superfriends!

Last month, we held our very first Quinoa & Zumba Affair at South Beach Avenue. It is an event that promotes a healthy lifestyle with Zumba as a morning exercise and Quinoa bento boxes as a post-workout lunch.

The event turned out to be a major success!
We brought together a group of likeminded women who enjoy living an active lifestyle and eating great food. This event proves that you can bond with your best friends while doing healthy activities together. Essentially, when participating in such events, you are killing two birds with one stone; you get to work out AND hang out with your friends. It’s fantastic motivation to get fit and have fun on a lovely Saturday!

Not only did we provide Quinoa bento boxes at the event, but we also taught the ladies how to easily cook Quinoa at home so they can continue to eat healthy after the event.
