The second episode of our YouTube Channel’s Superfriend Series features the beautiful bride-to-be, Susan.
With her wedding coming up next February, Susan is feeling the pressure to look like the ideal bride. Although it is commonly perceived that the perfect woman’s body is stick-skinny, Susan mentions that a alternate school of thought – of an athletic, fit and toned body to be the ideal – is emerging. This healthy look and state of being are what she aims to have on her wedding day.
Susan has always been careful with her diet and exercises regularly, hence there have been no big changes in her daily routine in preparation for her wedding. She has simply been focusing on maintaining the healthy lifestyle she already has.
Susan started her Superlife journey with chia seeds. She likes adding them into her water, which she carries around with a bottle, because doing so is effortless yet enables her to reap all the nutritional benefits that these superfoods provide.
