Scallop Fried Quinoa Asian Style

  • 1 pack of Superlifeco organic white quinoa (serves 2), no rinsing required for Superlifeco’s quinoa
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of dried shiitake mushroom
  • 3 hokkaido scallops
  • 1 table spoon of soya sauce
  • 1 tea spoon of butter
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, cumin and group ginger (optional)

Directions

Add the quinoa, water, mushroom, condiments and oil into rice cooker and cook it

Pan seared the scallop with butter and soya sauce

Dish out the quinoa when it is ready and put the scallop on top and it is now ready to be served
