Super Recipe: Korean Pork and Kimchi Quinoa Lettuce Wraps

Try to make these easy Korean inspired Quinoa lettuce wraps using our Korean Kimchi Quinoa!
Sure to impress your guests  and all you need is 3 main ingredients!

1. Superlife Co.’s Korean Kimchi Quinoa
2. Sliced Pork
3. Lettuce
Ingredients
  • 1 Superlife Co.’s Korean Kimchi Quinoa Pack
  • 150g Lean Pork Fillet, thinly sliced
  • 1 Baby Butterhead Lettuce
  • 1 ½ cup Water
  • Sesame Oil
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped Scallions
Directions
  1. In a bowl, add the slices of pork fillet, a teaspoon of sesame oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix it well.
  2. Add contents of Korean Kimchi Quinoa Pack into a rice cooker with water and the pork slices. Set the rice cooker to cook!
  3. Separate the leaves of the Baby Butterhead lettuce, clean and dry it well.
  4. Once the Quinoa is done cooking in the rice cooker, take a spatula and fluff it well.
  5. To serve, take a lettuce leaf, scoop out one tablespoon of the Kimchi Quinoa Pork mix and place it in the center of the lettuce leaf. Garnish with chopped scallions and enjoy!
