Frederick could give up anything but not his Chicken Rice

as he labels this iconic dish as his ONE dish he could eat forever.

He finds breaking a sweat at the gym or playing with his son

as the activity that makes him feel most alive.

When asked why he wants to lead a healthier life, he says,
