
Super Recipe – Chia Water Two Ways
On a hot summer’s day, all you need is a cool chia water drink in hand! It’s refreshing, fruity and filled with antioxidants and omega-3s. Keep cool and stay youthful!

Lemon Raspberry Chia Water
Ingredients:
– ½ lemon, sliced
– A handful of raspberries
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 glass of water
Directions:
1. Add lemon slices and raspberries into a mug and muddle them.
2. Add water and chia seeds into the mug. Then, stir it all!
3. Refrigerate until chia seeds are plump and drink is cold (about 15 minutes).

Watermelon Coconut Chia Water
Ingredients:
– Watermelon, diced (a handful)
– Mint leaves
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 glass of coconut water
Directions:
1. Add diced watermelon and mint leaves into a mug.
2. Add coconut water and chia seeds into the mug. Then, stir it all!
3. Refrigerate until chia seeds are plump and drink is cold (about 15 minutes).
