Super Recipe – Easy Chia Sangria

Sangria is the perfect social drink! Make it in a big jug, add some chia seeds and enjoy it all day and all night long.

 

 

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 bottle of Red Wine
  • 1 cup of Apple Juice
  • 1 can of Tonic Water
  • 2 Oranges sliced (in quarters)

Directions

  1. Add orange slices, red wine, apple juice, tonic water and chia seeds into one big jug or punch bowl.
  2. Mix well and let it sit for at least 20 minutes, until the chia seeds are plump.
  3. Enjoy!

*It takes chia seeds longer to get plump in an alcoholic beverage. At least 20 minutes.
