Super Recipe – Chia Apple Banana Green Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup of coconut water
  • A handful of baby spinach, washed
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Superlife Co. Chia Seeds

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and beautifully green.
  3. Enjoy!
