Super Recipe – Breakfast Peanut Butter & Cacao Chia Seed Pudding
This is a super simple chia pudding recipe for you peanut butter and chocolate lovers! All you need is four main ingredients, and the toppings that you desire. Ingredients 1 tbsp Creamy peanut butter 1 tbsp Cacao powder ½ cup Chia seeds 2 cups Vanilla soy milk Toppings: Banana, dark chocolate Directions 1. In a bowl, mix 1 cup vanilla soy milk with 1 tablespoon of cacao powder. Add ¼ cup of chia seeds into this mixture and mix well. 2. In another bowl, mix 1 cup vanilla soy milk with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Add ¼ cup of chia seeds into this mixture and mix well. 3. Refrigerate both peanut butter and cacao chia seed mixtures for at least an hour (you can even leave them overnight). 4. Take the mixtures out of the fridge and give them a good mix to loosen up the pudding. 5. In a new bowl or jar, add a layer of the peanut butter chia seed mixture at the bottom. Then top it with a layer of the cacao chia seed mixture. 6. Add your favorite toppings on top, like sliced bananas and dark chocolate chunks!
