Cheesy Veggie & Bacon Quinoa Recipe
What makes this recipe uh-maaaa-zing is that it’s tasty and simple to cook! You can try out your bowl with the directions below and trust me, you’ll never go back!
Ingredients
- 1 Mushroom quinoa packs
- At least 10g of mozerrella cheese
- 3 to 5 strips of bacon
- 240ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Brussel Sprouts [Optional]
Directions:
Without Oven
- Pour all the contents from mushroom packs, butter and the bacon into the rice cooker
- Add water and cook for 5 to 10 minutes
- Open up the rice cooker, add the cheese in and let it simmer till it is fully cooked
With Oven
- Preheat oven to 165 degree celcius
- Pour all the contents from mushroom packs, butter and water into the rice cooker and cook
- Once it is fully cooked, put it into a bowl, add 40ml of water, bacon and cheese and baked it for 5 minutes at 165 degree celcius or till the water runs dry
