Cheesy Veggie & Bacon Quinoa Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Mushroom quinoa packs
  • At least 10g of mozerrella cheese
  • 3 to 5 strips of bacon
  • 240ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Brussel Sprouts [Optional]
Directions:

Without Oven
  • Pour all the contents from mushroom packs, butter and the bacon into the rice cooker
  • Add water and cook for 5 to 10 minutes
  • Open up the rice cooker, add the cheese in and let it simmer till it is fully cooked
With Oven
  • Preheat oven to 165 degree celcius
  • Pour all the contents from mushroom packs, butter and water into the rice cooker and cook 
  • Once it is fully cooked, put it into a bowl, add 40ml of water, bacon and cheese and baked it for 5 minutes at 165 degree celcius or till the water runs dry
